Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Guftagoo deck. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the deck must be:

• unopened;
• unused;
• in its original packaging; and
• in the same condition in which you received it.

You must also provide your receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sid@sidlabs.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Please do not send a product back without receiving return authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your deck arrives damaged, defective or with another issue, please contact us at sid@sidlabs.in as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with details of the issue and photographs where applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned deck, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
